    We recommend connecting with us as soon as possible. We offer one free consultation regardless of your timeline. Hawai'i is a popular destination with limited resources, so getting a head start is always a good idea.
  • Does isla events operate on other Hawaiian islands?
    isla events is based on the Island of Hawaiʻi (Big Island). Our vendors and existing partnerships are specific to the Island of Hawaiʻi, which is how we curate exclusive eco events. We may provide coordination services for other islands with advance notice and travel fees.
  • Can we choose our own vendors?
    isla events operates with ecotourism in mind and our vendors are small, kanaka-owned (native Hawaiian-owned) or local. We welcome the opportunity to partner with other vendors so long as they are representative of our core values. If you find it important to work with a particular vendor but isla events determines their partnership or services harm the ʻāina or community, we will recommend you find a different coordination business to better meet your needs and expectations.
